My Albums of the year 2017 are:

6) London Grammar - Truth is a beautiful Thing
7) Converge - The Dusk in us
8) Enslaved - E
9) Chelsea Wolfe - Hiss Spun
10) Mastodon - Emperor of Sand

Every one of those, amazing. Arcade fire especially, I found very addictive. Loved it. Godflesh was a surprise release but loved it, blew me away. and I believe that Ohhms is probably the best UK live act around at the moment. Superb. There were more good records though, Honorable Mentions are:

Anathema - The Optimist
Zeal & Ardor - Devil is fine

I thought that the Solstafir record was really dull, like a repeat of the last album but without any class or style. and I thought that the optimist by Anathema was the worst thing theyve ever released. Bored me to tears. Like an album full of filler tracks and crap instrumentals. Zeal & Ardor, lots of filler, not enough killer.

2017 was a bloody good year for Music though!
